Ceramics for Young Adults

An ongoing weekly class for teens focusing on advanced wheel throwing, expressive sculpture, and independent studio practice, providing a focused, immersive environment where students work like young studio artists, tackling multi-part hand-building and advanced ceramic forms. The curriculum covers proper studio habits, clay preparation, glaze application, and firing basics. With individual mentorship, teens are encouraged to push their technical boundaries and create sophisticated, finished work.

Class Length

120 minutes per session.

Yearly Duration

The program runs from September through the end of June, aligning with the school year schedule.

What's Included

One weekly class, materials, tools, glazes, and kiln firings. Student aprons are provided for use in class.

Billing

Monthly subscription, renewed automatically each month.

Commitment

A yearly class, running through the end of June. You can cancel up to 14 days before the next monthly billing date; final cancellation cutoff: March 15th.
