Do we need any prior pottery experience?
No experience is needed at all! Our workshops are completely beginner-friendly and designed so anyone can learn and enjoy the process.
Who can join a private workshop?
We host everything from intimate pairs (couples or two friends) and parent-child duos to larger groups of up to 10 participants for team events, family gatherings, and special celebrations.
What about children?
Children are very welcome! Kids 6 and under receive a 50% discount on private workshop pricing, and we offer a dedicated Parent & Child workshop designed specifically for young kids (ages 8 and under).
Can we choose between wheel throwing and hand-building?
Yes! Smaller groups can focus on either wheel throwing or hand-building, while larger groups can try a mix of both so everyone gets a hands-on experience.
How long is a private workshop?
Parent & Child sessions are 1.5 hours. Couples and group workshops are typically around 2 hours, with extra time tailored for larger group events and custom celebrations.
Can we bring or order refreshments?
We provide light refreshments during all workshops, and you are welcome to purchase a bottle of wine directly through our website when booking. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks—we just kindly ask that you avoid single-use plastics!
Will I be taught how to work with clay?
Yes! You’ll get a clear demonstration at the start, followed by attentive, hands-on guidance throughout your entire session.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little clay on. For the best wheel-throwing experience, it's best to trim your fingernails short, tie back long hair, and remove rings and hand jewelry.
Do you provide aprons?
Yes! We provide studio aprons for all participants to protect your clothes while you work.
What happens to the pieces we make?
Our studio team takes care of firing and glazing your pieces here at the studio. They are ready 6–8 weeks later, to collect or have delivered.
